The Joshua Project is a research tool that I have found very useful over the last several years. The website provides statistical analyses of people groups, categorizing them by what extent each people group has been exposed to the Gospel. Especially for those who seek to reach the "unreached", this website will be a great help. In addition, you can subscribe to various RSS daily feeds.

The Evangelism and Missions Information Service is another resource that is helpful for missionaries in general. I subscribe to the Evangelical Missions Quarterly, a professional journal for the missionary community provided by EMIS. The organization also provides additional resources that may prove helpful to you whether you are a missionary or desire to become one.
-
Missions Network News is a helpful tool to which I subscribe to keep up to date with various missionary efforts around the globe. You can subscribe to MNN as a free daily email. The articles are brief yet interesting.
-
Voice of the Martyrs is a great site to keep up to date with worldwide persecution against Christians. They also have three email newsletter subscriptions which you may sign up for that are free. In addition they have some really great books available.
-
Open Doors USA is another great site for learning about persecution going on in many areas of the world. This organization is also active in serving the persecuted church in several worthy endeavors. This is a great site to learn how to pray for the persecuted church and to find resources such as books about conditions and the way God is moving in restricted countries.

Giveline.com is a way that you can shop online for many of the items that you would normally purchase from other online vendors BUT with Giveline(tm) an average of 16% of each purchase is forwarded to the charity of your choice. Vision Ministries is a listed charity with Giveline(tm). To choose Vision Ministries go to the top right hand corner of their home page, and do a search on Vision Ministries. Then, when you purchase items, our ministry will receive a donation from Giveline(tm).

E-sword is a great sermon preparation resource that provides free downloads for Bible study, commentary sets, concordance and devotional readings. This is the best free tool for Bible study that I have found on the internet.
